The Magic of Birmingham Tour - (This tour is offered on a buyout basis only. See info below).

Birmingham was founded in 1871 during the post-Civil War Reconstruction period through the merger of three pre-existing farm towns.  Today, Birmingham is a magical mix of industry, technology, health care, and most of all, community.

From our troubled past to our successful present to our unlimited future, the City of Birmingham continues to impress both locals and visitors alike.

After we depart the main trolley stop in downtown Birmingham , we will travel all around the Birmingham area, viewing such locations as:

• The Alabama Theater
• Vulcan Park
• Sloss Furnaces
• The Civil Rights District
• and more...

Here are some things to keep in mind for the trolley buyout tours.

• Tickets are $2,000 + tax for the entire trolley for a group (up to 20 guests)
• Tour start time will be 5pm and will end around 7pm and will include one stop.
• Board the trolley at the Greater Birmingham Convention and Visitors Bureau main offices located in Uptown (or see below).
• Tour must start and end in the same location, and that location can vary, as long as it is along the assigned tour route.  For example, if your group would prefer to start and pick up near Sloss Furnaces or somewhere along 20th Street, please make us aware in your email request.
• This antique trolley does NOT have air conditioning.  We will lower all windows and have fans stationed throughout the trolley.  Be sure to dress appropriate and check the weather.
• Snacks and drinks are welcome on the trolley.
